Drinking Colored Beverages

If you’re a big coffee drinker or your child enjoys red-colored sports beverage after a game, you may be causing major discolored to your teeth. The thing is, those colored drinks will only touch the spaces around your braces, so when you get them taken off, your teeth may be lighter in the areas your brackets covered.
